These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and laky55 ("laky55", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at laky55.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or related services.

By accessing the laky55 platform, registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

laky55 is an English-language online gaming platform targeting adult users in the Pakistan market. All platform content, support communications and legal documents are published in English. References to Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear on the platform for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions or confirmation that such payment channels support gambling transactions.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on laky55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law in your location, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the operator's licensing authority.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity — not on behalf of a business, organisation or third party.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or have had an Account suspended or closed by laky55 for a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of laky55 or any affiliated entity.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the laky55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

All deposits on the laky55 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the operator and displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

The availability of any specific payment method — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's cashier at the time of your transaction. The appearance of these payment references does not constitute a guarantee of availability, a partnership arrangement or any endorsement by those payment providers of gambling activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. laky55 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal, and reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction it considers high-value or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence.

From time to time, laky55 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

• Each registered Account is eligible to claim a welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes multi-accounting and will result in account closure.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. The required wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• laky55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited and in use will remain subject to their original wagering conditions.
• Illustrative bonus amounts shown on the Platform (such as PKR 25,000 welcome match or PKR 1,000 referral credit) are indicative figures subject to the operator's live terms at the time of claim. No bonus amount is guaranteed.
• Use of VPNs, proxy services or other technical means to claim promotions from restricted jurisdictions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may trigger account suspension.

All bets and gaming activity conducted on the laky55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or market as published within the Platform interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laky55 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identifying information.
• Fraud: Any fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments, chargebacks intended to retain winnings, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting on the Platform or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain an advantage over other users or the house.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, circulate or withdraw funds connected to any illegal activity. laky55 co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities and applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the Platform if you are below the minimum age requirement of 18 years or the higher minimum applicable in your jurisdiction.
• VPN / Proxy Abuse: Using technical means to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or claiming jurisdiction-restricted bonuses.

All content on the laky55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, user interface design, colour schemes and underlying code — is the intellectual property of laky55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of Platform content will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laky55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Interruption of service or Platform unavailability;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

In all cases, laky55's maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

laky55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider;
• Discovery that the Account holder is below the minimum age requirement;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Any legal, regulatory or law enforcement requirement directing account closure.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where self-exclusion is requested, laky55 will process the request promptly and apply appropriate restrictions. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

laky55 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, these limits cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure a maximum loss threshold per session or per day. The platform enforces these limits automatically.
• Session Reminders: Time reminders can be set to notify you of how long you have been playing in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

laky55 processes personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and improvement of platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

laky55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — registered Users will be notified by email or via a platform notice prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laky55 holds its operating license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication with the laky55 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the operator's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
